MISSION (KFXV) -- A man is under arrest in connection with a series of stolen vehicles that were found dismantled. Police arrested 27 year old, Eduardo Cisneros. Authorities say he is from Mexico and has already been deported three times. One week ago, several trucks reported stolen appeared partially dismantled in a field. Authorities are currently unaware if there are any other suspects involved in this case.
